Evil! Posted May 7, 2012 Author Report Posted May 7, 2012 After talking to Overkill Engineering all morning he has explained and showed me where to make adjustments in the setup for what im trying to achieve and after a few hours under the truck and on the calculator i have finally produced this This is the best possible outcome available with what i want to do and how i want to do it without loosing ground clearance by lowering the frame mounts below the chassis line. Iv run a simulation with 37/38" tyre combos along side the 35" tyre for everyday use and the figures with the 37/38 only change the roll understeer by 1 more point so with a couple of adjustment positions in the frame mounts i should be able to fine tune the suspension to range from 33-40" tires no problem. The calculator is available from http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=204893 its a free download but you will need microsoft excel to use the programe.
