Changed glow plugs, number 1 and number 2 OK, no 3 tip burned off and number 4 partially melted tip. Easy job than decided that I could make an effort to remove inlet manifold to clean it up. Big mistake! Car is in bits, mess everywhere and me not happy.

So, you have built in a way to put two wheels up on a gutter, and still have a level table! Nice idea.

How did you secure the strap to the door?

I have re-drilled existing holes for top plastic trim and inserted 6 mm rivnuts than used bolts from truck dashboard panels but one can use any bolts really advantage of these ones was that they have slightly bigger shank half way length and also really wide head(like a mushroom/umbrella shaped).

Fit catch can first, than EGT and boost gauge followed by Dawes, Needle Valve and EGR shim and rest of the mods. Than check glow plugs, fit timer for it and than JDVM.

It will transform the car,

Reloaded firmware in the ECUTalk LCD display unit so now have "fuel temperature" to worry about..... ;)

I love that unit; audible warnings ability have saved ZD30 a few times (coolant temp, RPMs) speed and odo can be calibrated correctly, DTCs read out on the fly,

Cheers
