A basic Guide to Using Veg oils as Fuel.
BigGQWesty replied to Glort's topic in General Patrol Discussion
Well half the town done and it's not looking good. 10ltrs a week... And it's not guaranteed.. First in best dressed. No one will bother listening to me. Mainly a company from west Vic has the big main ones bailed up. And no one will give me a shot at getting it out.. Owell, I guess that's this dream shot... -
One for glort maybe? Fuel filter q

Behind possible a T****a being towed to the mechanic... Not what we want.. -
Could you throw a link of the kits your talking about. I'm struggling to find anything different
-
Maybe a pressure switch so it engages when completely off the throttle... I guess the same could go with the brake peddle.. A switch to turn off the lock when you brake.. Just throwing a thought around
-
Totally agree GPSTI that you need an override somewere. But as I asked, could something be done so it works below 60k off the rpm for things like hill decents?
-
You just gotta take the time to set it up right.. It's amazing how many ppl have there lights to high and blind me on the way to work. I'm probably going to grab a set for my bus as I'm sick of fixing the rally 1000's, and the stick GQ lights.., well a torch would be better...

I don't think speed is a good way to engage and disengage the lockup. In manuall you could have it 4th at 60k.. Not good for the clutch. Is it possible to limit the engagement to above say 1800rpm? But even then thats a bit high for down hill breaking...

So you ran the engine with the priming nut undone??? If yes then your pump will by dry.. Undo the nut again and pump like crazy untill you have fuel squirting out the bottom, tighten nut. Undo in feed line to the pump.. Again pump crazily untill fuel comes out there. Tighten nut. Pump again untill you can feel some pressure build up, then try start, -
^^^^ DAM!!! I want one...

I'll see if a photographer friend of ours can help out. He has exactly what you want setup, but he does add his main clients first for events.

I think your only option to keep it simple is a windows based tablet. They only down fall is these are usually not the smallest tablets due to a larger OS. I'm assuming your setting up yourself for your photography?? Another option could be an all in one desktop pc?? We recently acquired one and it's great. A 50 something cm screen with one cable.. The power. It's a touch screen (stylus compatible), wireless keyboard and mouse if wanted, has a inbuilt cd writer (burner) and 500G HD. It's a DELL, after using then for 15 yrs now my whole family uses them and can't fault them..

I think the stumble may have been the water dropping out due to slow flow rate. At that slow rate it was just dribbling out the nozzle, and flooding just one or two cylinder. It did seem to my only 1-2 cylinders were missing.

How old is this vid your watching? FW has changed 4 times in 16 months so it's quite possible that what your seeing is not correct anymore. I think you may have to jump onto a photography forum and ask. I have no idea how to add advertising.

Ok a bit of closure to this thread. I pulled the seat out to my surprise the runner had actually snapped... So what I have done is welded 2 bits of Steel along the side and top of the runner. So now it works and my ass is level again..
-
Ok.. So I don't know how but I rechecked flow rate today and it was 90mls/min... Yep.. Dunno... So I've reset it up for 200mls/min and gone back to a 30% mix. Fingers crossed. I'll let you know tomorrow..

Ok. In guessing SSD's are primarily based for laptops and tablets. If I was to purchase a smaller tablet (8G), is it easy to increase the size?
-
Ok Glort let's see.. I'm not 100% myself but When you upload a picture, 'tag' (follow prompts) the person it's intended for on the photo. This way the client will receive a prompt that you have uploaded a picture for them. Make sure you watermark your pictures before uploading to eliminate copy cats.. The only thing im not 100% on is if you can tag people your not friends with on FB? Im 100% positive you can tag from your friends list, but not others.

Thank god for that.. So I can blame maccas coz I'm to lazy to cook now...

Injector tube seals in side of head
BigGQWesty replied to cairnsGU's topic in Nissan Patrol GU/Y61 (GU Patrol, 1999–2016)
Possibly a simple issue of loose nut/ injector or a dertiriated seal? But yea throw a pic up.. -
Well I got to say my locals are way overpriced... Rear disc rotors.. Rang around and there ranging from $80-110 Each... That's stock.. eBay has pairs for that price, in Queensland..
